How do I track my order?
After you place your order, you'll receive two emails: an order confirmation and a shipment confirmation, which will contain your tracking number.

What if I have yet to received my order?
If you placed an order but did not receive an order confirmation email, please call our Customer Care Center at 1 (844) 845.9303 to connect with one of our Customer Care representatives.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Most orders ship within 24-hours, so you’ll need to wait until it’s delivered to return it. However, you can place a new order while waiting for your original order to be delivered. When your unwanted order is arrives, log in to your account and go to order history. Select the item you’d like to return, click the “Return” button, and follow the on-screen prompts. Print the shipping label, add it to the item you’re returning (in its original packaging), and schedule a pickup from the carrier. Please note items are only eligible for a refund if returned within 90 days of shipment of the order. Shipping/handling fees at the time of purchase are non-refundable. Return shipping is free.
Can I ship to an address other than my billing address?
Yes. When you're ready to check out, follow the on-screen prompts to select an alternative shipping address for your order.
Can I ship to multiple addresses?
You can ship to only one address per order. Please place multiple orders if you need to ship to multiple addresses.
How do I return an item?
Return shipping is free. Log into your account and select the item you’d like to return, click the “Return” button, and follow the on-screen prompts. Once completed, print the shipping label, add it to the item you’re returning (in its original packaging), and schedule a pickup from the carrier. Please note items are only eligible for a refund if returned within 90 days of shipment of the order. Shipping/handling fees at the time of purchase are non-refundable. There are no restocking fees on accepted products for return.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
If any, refunded amounts will be credited to the form of payment used at the time of purchase, in the amount of the purchase price paid by you, plus any applicable taxes. It may take one or more billing cycles for your credit to appear after your return has been processed. Expect approximately 7-10 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays). Please note shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Do any of the products come with a warranty?
Yes. Some items include a manufacturer’s warranty. Such items include warranty information in the product detail on our website.
