We process orders within 1-2 business days to ship them as soon as possible. Our available shipping methods are as follows:
Standard Ground (5-7 days)
Orders shipped within the 48 contiguous states should arrive within 5-7 business days. Orders shipped to Hawaii will take an additional 2-5 business days for delivery. Certain items are only available for Standard Ground shipment due to size, weight, or delivery address.
Expedited Delivery - (48 contiguous states 2-3 days)
Expedited delivery is available on most products shipped within the 48 contiguous states. Expedited delivery orders placed by 1p PST on a business day will be processed on the same day and will arrive in approximately 2 business days. Expedited delivery orders placed after 1p PST on a business day will be processed on the following day, and should arrive in approximately 3 business days.
Please note: Business days do not include weekends or holidays, and weekend delivery for any shipment method is unavailable. Shipping fees are non-refundable. No expedited shipping to Canada, Puerto Rico or Hawaii.

United States (Contiguous United States)
- Standard shipping fee for orders over $69: $14.95
- Standard shipping fee for orders $50-$68: $11.95
- Standard shipping fee for orders up to $49: $9.95
- Standard shipping fee for any order value: $89.95
- Standard shipping fee for any order value: $124.95
- Standard shipping fee for any order value (includes handling): $54.90
We want you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase. Returns and exchanges are easy and return shipping is free. If products don’t meet your expectations, please return to us for an exchange or refund.

When accompanied with proof of purchase within 90 days of shipment of the order, we will be happy to exchange your returned merchandise for another solution or issue a refund after our receipt, inspection, and acceptance of the returned product. Items ineligible for return include:
- E-Gift Cards
- Items marked final sale, or items whose price ends with $.79
- Used products, including damage through normal wear and tear
Please note shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. There will be no re-stocking fee on accepted returned product.
Receiving Your Credit
We will do everything we can to promptly process your return. Refunded amounts, if any, will be credited to the form of payment used at the time of purchase in the amount of the purchase price paid by you, plus any applicable taxes. It may take one or more billing cycles for your credit to appear after your return has been processed. Expect approximately 7-10 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federally recognized holidays.
Price Adjustment Policy
We will happily extend a price adjustment if requested within 7 business days from the date of purchase, as shown on proof of purchase of product at the full retail value.
